Slumber Party
We bought a new TV and of course the box was a big hit with the girls!  So, Van made them a fort and they played in it all day and then wanted to sleep in it at night.  After about two hours they both were unsure about sleeping in it and wanted to sleep in their beds!!

Dentist Visit
Maddie had her first visit to the dentist and was so excited for it!!  However, when she got in the chair the excitement quickly left and fear set in, but she did great!  Kenzie was a pro with her visit and they both have no cavities!

Digital Scrapbooking!
My first attempt! Not sure if I like scrapbooking digitally or the original way with paper and scissors!? Hmmmm.......

Noah's Ark

The other day the girls were playing in my bedroom while watching cartoons.  This is what I found when I went in to check on them

The pets have little magnets on their feet so they were sticking to the medal on the steamer trunk!!  So cute!!

To be 5 years old........

Apparently, being 5 years old is not fun at all and is not what Mackenzie thought it would be.  The other day she comes to me crying.......
Me- "Whats wrong?"
Mackenzie- "I wish I could be four again" (holding up four fingers)
Me-"Why?"
Mackenzie- "I just miss it.  Can I be four again?"

Christmas

Christmas this year was so much fun!  It's the best being a parent and seeing the excitment on my girls face as they are anticipating the big day!!  It brought me back to memories of when I was little and all the traditions we had.  I miss it! Hopefully I can pass on some of those traditions to my girls! 

It's A Puppy Party!!!

Mackenzie loves, loves, loves animals!!  So for her birthday she naturally wanted to have a puppy party.  So a puppy party it was!  We went to Preston to celebrate it with family and friends and had a grand time!!  We went to Arctic Circle to let the kids play in the play place since it is the middle of December and way too cold to go to the park.  After dinner we went to Kameron's house and had cake and ice cream and of course presents!!  She had a great time and was excited to blow out the candles so she could say she was officially 5 years old!!  Happy Birthday Mackenzie!!  We love you!!
